1 Legal basis
1.1 The protection of personal data is important to us and also required by law. The EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications Act serve the right to the protection of personal data. In principle, you do not have to provide us with any personal information directly when using our website. There is no user tracking and no profiles are created. No cookies are used to protect personal data. The visitor's IP is transmitted when a page is called up, is anonymised immediately after transmission and is processed without personal reference.

4 Purpose limitation, legal basis, storage period and data recipient
4.1 We only need all personal data to answer inquiries and process orders. The data is collected, stored, processed and used for this purpose.
4.2 The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is on the one hand fulfilment of the contract, processing of inquiries, legitimate interests (enquiries), the fulfilment of our legal or contractual obligations and on the other hand your consent (e.g. contact form, correspondence, cookies). The non-provision of the data can have various consequences.
4.3 We also process data that we have legitimately received from Galerie Jünger , Schule des Sehens Rom. This is basic personal data such as name and contact details. This data comes from the websites and has been used here with expressively and written consent. NO data of visitors of oesterreichsehen.at will be forwarded to these contact data used herein.
4.4 We process your personal data such as contact details and names, if necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, processing to the termination of a contract) as well as in accordance with the statutory storage and documentation obligations arising from the German Commercial Code (UGB ) of the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) and until the end of any legal dispute, ongoing grant and guarantee periods.
4.5 As part of the operation of our website, we commission ionos.de as a hosting agent, who can gain access to your personal data in the course of their work, provided that they need the data to fulfil their respective service. They have committed themselves to us to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. Order processing contracts have been concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. 4.6 Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

5.1 Your details, including personal data, from our contact form will be sent to us via our own mail server to process your request, processed and stored by us. This data will be sent without your consent not collected or passed on. We cannot process your inquiries without this data.
